When to apply
Spring 2027 recruitment opens in late January 2027 (their page, updated Aug 13, 2026, says check back then). Pattern: Spring cohort apps open in winter, Fall cohort apps in summer. Positions post on the careers page as Staff RN New Grad. If none are listed, applications are closed.
Cohort schedule
Two cohorts per year: Spring (March start) and Fall (September start). Fall 2026 cohort is underway.
Requirements
Under 6 months acute care RN experience; completed nursing degree before hire; California RN license before program start (interim permits case by case); BLS required, ACLS/PALS for select units; 1-2 year unit commitment after the program.
