Transition to Practice Nurse Residency Program
When to apply
No separate residency application. Apply to RN openings on the Nationwide Children's careers site; enrollment follows hire.
Cohort schedule
Twelve-month program with centralized and unit-based orientation plus monthly seminars. New cohorts start several times a year; new graduates are automatically enrolled after hospital orientation.
Requirements
Any RN with less than 12 months of experience. Curriculum aligned to ANCC COA-PTP, CCNE, QSEN and NCSBN standards.
