New graduate new hires are placed into LANTERN automatically when enrollment criteria are met during hiring.
Cohort schedule
Fall cohort begins in October, Spring cohort begins in April.
Requirements
Unrestricted Louisiana RN license, graduated within one year of the residency start, passed NCLEX before the program, less than one year of experience, two-year commitment.
