One year. Cohort size varies by specialty need. Serves South Texas, North East Texas, and Louisiana and South East Texas regions.

Requirements

New graduates or RNs with less than 6 months experience who have not completed another residency, graduation from an accredited program, pass NCLEX before the cohort begins.
